These medications are generally very safe the vast majority of patients should trial oral therapies as the first line of treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Intracavernosal injections are generally reserved for patients who have failed oral therapies or cannot take oral medication.

We predominantly use vacuum erection devices as a part of the rehabilitation program to prevent loss of length after prostatic surgery.

A penile prosthesis is a hydraulic, inflatable, implantable device. It gives a good quality rigid erection.
